MEMORANDUM DECISION

PEDER K. ECKER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is objections to a Rule 2016(a) Application for Compensation and Reimbursement filed by Debtors’ counsel, Yankton, South Dakota, Attorneys John Harmelink and Wanda How-ey-Fox. Objections were filed by the United States Trustee [hereinafter “U.S. Trustee”] through Sioux Falls Attorney Bruce J. Gering and by Farm Credit Bank of Omaha [hereinafter “FCBO”] through Sioux Falls Attorney John C. Quaintance.
