KRESSEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 trustee in this case, Norman Rouse, filed a motion for disgorgement of fees from the appellant, David Sehroeder, an attorney who represented the debtors, William and Alice Redding. The bankruptcy court, in its opinion and order of December 21, 1999, disallowed and ordered the disgorgement of all but $1,000.00 of Schroeder’s fees and expenses. It is from that order that Sehroeder appeals. We reverse and remand.
BACKGROUND
