EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:
The issues presented herein are (1) whether two former general partners of the debtor should be held in contempt for filing petitions in the state court to have judgments against them which are property of the debtor and the estate marked satisfied or opened, (2) whether the state court proceedings in which the two general partners filed those petitions (which were removed to this court) should be remanded to the state court and (3) whether we should reconsider our order authorizing the debtor to hire special counsel to prosecute actions it has…
