Johnson, Carl Thorgenson and Hans Ericksen, filed their bill of complaint in the superior court of Cook county against plaintiffs in error, Frank M. Meyers, Paul F. Olsen, and others, among whom was the Lake View State Bank, for the partition of premises described in the bill, for the dissolution of a partnership and for an accounting.
