The superior court of Cook county denied defendants’ motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s supplemental complaint, allowed the plaintiff’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, and rendered a decree for partition of the real estate in question.

The pleadings and exhibits attached thereto show that August 15, 1926, Andrew Ringman and Hedvig Ringman conveyed the property involved in this partition suit, located at the southeast corner of Seventy-ninth street and Crandon avenue, in Chicago, to the Chicago City Bank and Trust Company, as trustee, to secure payment of one hundred ninety serial bonds…
