Porter, J.:

William Jacks, a resident of Wyandotte county, died intestate on October 11, 1913, owning a farm of about 123 acres on which he had lived since 1868. He was ninety-oné years of age at the time of his death; his wife had died in 1908 at the age of seventy-six, and they had no children of their own. William Jacks left surviving him a number of brothers and sisters, and descendants of deceased brothers and sisters.
