MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an action for Declaratory Judgment filed by this Chapter 11 Debtor against one of his creditors, United States of America, acting on behalf of the Farmers Home Administration, hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the Creditor.” The issue has to do with entitlement to rents and interest thereon, the rents having been paid to the Debtor in Possession on property, a portion of which is subject to valid first priority deeds to secure debt in favor of the creditor.
