Under the charge of operating a motor vehicle Avhile under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of section 1261 of Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1942, the defendant Avas tried and found guilty in the district court of Honolulu and thereupon sentenced to a fine of twenty-five dollars and revocation of his driving license.
