¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing Appellant’s fifth petition filed under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. We affirm.

¶2 The relevant facts and procedural history are as follows: On November 1, 1977, Appellant, who drove his accomplices to a store and acted as a lookout during a robbery and murder of the store’s owner, was convicted of first degree murder, robbery, and criminal conspiracy.
