Maurice A. Spalding, complainant in the trial court and appellant here, in the superior court of Cook county filed his bill for divorce against Dora Spalding charging her with extreme and repeated cruelty, and also prayed for the return of a Lincoln automobile alleged to have been taken by her. Her answer denied the allegations of cruelty and the ownership of the automobile by.the complainant. She filed a cross-bill for separate maintenance, charging the complainant with cruelty and praying that a deed be set aside which she had signed conveying to her husband her interest in certain real…
