On or about August 1, 1985, the Debtor, Legend Homes, Inc. (hereinafter “Legend Homes” or Debtor) filed for bankruptcy relief under Title 11, United States Code, Chapter 11. The Debtor is reportedly in the business of constructing and selling single-family homes. On or about June 17, 1986, a creditor of the estate, Ray Lumber Company (hereinafter “Ray Lumber”) filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c) [sic].
