The appellant filed his application with the Industrial Board fpr compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, alleging, among other things, that on the 10th day of September, 1935, he received personal injuries to his right foot, by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with appellee, which resulted in total permanent disability ; and that appellee had knowledge of the accident.
