In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Cohen, J.), dated August 14, 2009, as granted the defendants’ cross mo*806tion for summary judgment dismissing the seventh through nineteenth causes of action.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
