Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Carolyn E. Demarest, J.), dated November 7, 2014. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted those branches of the motion of the defendant Eric Cahan which were to dismiss the causes of action alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud insofar as asserted against him.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
