This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing a complaint based on an attachment seeking to subject the credit allowed in a letter of credit issued by Hibernia National Bank to garnishment.
The letter of credit issued to the Ap-pellee did not create property belonging to it in the hands of the issuing bank. Thus the trial court properly upheld the answer of the garnishee to the effect that it held no property subject to garnishment.
