Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc., appellant, requests that we reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand for a new trial because certain exhibits from the appellate record have been lost. See TexRApp.P. 50(e). Texas State Bank, appellee, contends that we should either deny Bassett Furniture’s motion for new trial or abate further action until the trial court has ruled on the Bank’s motion to substitute copies for the missing exhibits.
