This action was brought by the defendant in error against the plaintiffs in error to recover damages for an alleged breach of a contract. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the tria», court. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, and the defendants bave appealed. It was the contention of the plaintiff that the defendants entered into an unconditional contract for the purchase of flour.
