McEvers, Justice.

[¶1] Josann M. Lupo appeals from a district court judgment dismissing her complaint with prejudice. The district court granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment, dismissing Lupo's complaint with prejudice holding the claims were barred by the statute of limitations.

*459 We affirm the district court judgment dismissing Lupo's complaint with prejudice, concluding N.D.C.C. § 28-01-32 did not toll the statute of limitations.
