The plaintiff, Nancy E. Doyle, individually and as administratrix of the estate of John A. Doyle, 1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered on the jury’s verdict in her wrongful death action after the court denied her motion to set aside the verdict in favor of the defendants, Harold J.
