This is an action to determine adverse claims to vacant and unoccupied real estate situated in Ramsey county. Respondent- claims ownership of the legal title thereof by virtue of certain tax certificates issued to one Knowlton and assigned to him. It appears from the record that the appellants, Edward P. Blackett and Moses H. Brand, as trustees (successors to Eugene Cary as trustee), are the owners of the property, unless divested by the tax proceedings hereafter referred to.
