GERTNER, District Judge:
Plaintiff Christina Chao (“Chao”) brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against vari ous defendants for damages arising out of a long-term sexual relationship with a prison guard during the time that she was an inmate at South Middlesex Correctional Center (“SMCC”) in Framingham, Massachusetts.
According to Chao, the guard, Moisés Ballista (“Ballista”), began flirting with her in the spring of 2003, and their relationship quickly became sexual. Over the course of more than one year, she “serviced him”…
