This action for injunctive and declaratory relief was filed Sept.'l, 1961. Defendants responded with motions to quash service, dismiss and abstain. Plaintiffs filed a motion for summary judgment supported by affidavits and briefs. Defendant also moved to strike certain articles of evidence. The District Court as then constituted granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, denied the motions to quash, dismiss and abstain, and granted and denied in part defendants’ motion to strike exhibits.
