The appellant, Harry Weiler, was jointly tried with Liberty Products Company [103 April Term, 1925, 84 Pa. Superior Ct. 473] and several other defendants and was convicted of the unlawful manufacture and possession of intoxicating liquors, contrary to the Act of March 27, 1923, P. L. 34. The facts are reported in the appeal of Liberty Products Co. and need not be given again at length.
