Presently before the Court are Nautilus Insurance Co.'s Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings. (Nautilus I MJP, ECF No. 14; Nautilus II MJP, ECF No. 41.)1 In each of these Motions, Nautilus seeks a declaratory judgment that it does not have a duty to defend and indemnify 200 Christian Street Partners, Virgil Procaccino, and Arthur Elwood (collectively, "Defendants") in two underlying lawsuits. We will deny Nautilus's Motions.
