OPINION
MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
This is a “secondary boycott” case in which the defendant union challenges the district court’s finding of an unlawful secondary boycott and the award of $44,547.76 in damages and the plaintiff, Wilhelm Construction, cross-appeals the court’s failure to award it more damages. In a “secondary boycott,” a union brings economic pressure to bear on a “primary employer” to do something the union wants — say, to agree to a union contract— by inducing a “secondary employer”…
