The instant action is predicated on the negligence of the driver of a motor vehicle, known as a Ford car, by.reason of the pleaded facts (1).that the driver (appellant) "was driving on the left or wrong side of the street; (2) that he “cut the corner” of- the intersection of the streets in question; and (3) that no signaJ. or warning was given to the plaintiff of the approach of said car.
