Defendant-appellant, Betty J. LaRue, appeals a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County imposing a constructive trust in favor of plaintiffs, Sara Imgrund, Janiva Magness and Carson Magness. Appellant asserts six points of error on appeal. First, appellant asserts that because the court’s decree was outside of the scope of the pleadings, it is invalid.
