Ferguson, Judge:

Arraigned and tried before a general court-martial convened by the Commanding General, VII Corps, United States Army, at Stuttgart-Moehringen, Germany, the accused was found guilty of two specifications of attempted larceny, two specifications of larceny, and twelve specifications of uttering worthless checks, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 80, 121, and 123a, 10 USC §§ 880, 921, 923a. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for two years, and reduction.…
