MILLER, Judge.

Defendants/appellees Roerig, a division of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer, Inc. (collectively Pfizer) were awarded summary judgment in a products liability action filed by Ronald Tipton. Additionally, after conducting a hearing, the trial court awarded Pfizer attorney's fees based on Ind.Code 34-1-82-1(b), which permits a court to award such fees to the prevailing party if it finds that the other party continued to litigate an action after a claim clearly became frivolous, unreasonable or groundless.
