delivered the opinion of the Court..William T. Warburton, a citizen and resident of Elkton, in Cecil County, Maryland, at the time of his death, which occurred on February 28th, 1922, owned and possessed an estate of some magnitude, embracing both real and personal property. At the same time he was heavily indebted to a number of persons, among whom was the Second National Bank of Elkton, of which he had been president, and which was also deeply involved.
