These two appeals are presented on separate records which, although incomplete and confused, are together sufficient for a determination of the questions involved without putting the parties to the expense of a writ of diminution. The present controversy grows out of a decree appointing receivers for the Hagerstown Furniture Company, a corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of furniture at Hagerstown.
