JAMES C. CACHERIS, District Judge.. This matter is before the Court on Defendant Defense Acquisition Program Administration’s (“DAPA”) Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue. [Dkt. 9.] For the *608following reasons, the Court will grant the motion.
