Appellants, Habibollah Yazdchi (“Habi-bollah”), Abbas Yazdchi (“Abbas”), and Ahmad Yazdchi (“Ahmad”) (collectively “the Yazdchis”), challenge the trial court’s rendition of summary judgment in favor of appellees, Bank One, Texas, N.A. (“Bank One”), and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, successor by merger to Chase Bank of Texas, N.A. (“Chase”) (collectively, “the Banks”), in the Yazdchis’ breach of contract suit to recover funds transferred to a court-appointed receiver from accounts held under their names at Bank One and Chase.
