In this action tbe appellant, Marie Campbell, claiming to be tbe owner of a six-tentbs interest in a quarter section of land situated in Pacific county, sought to have her title thereto quieted against the claims of the respondents, and to have the land partitioned. Prom an adverse judgment, she appeals.
