{¶ 1} Respondent, Marvin Hermann Schiff of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0000681, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1984.

{¶ 2} On October 8, 2012, relator, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, filed a ten-count complaint charging Schiff with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Rules of Professional Conduct arising from his representa*457tion of multiple clients.1 The majority of the claims related to significant defects in the contingent-fee contract Schiff used with his clients.
