Before the Court is plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Wells Fargo Ventures LLC (collectively “Wells Fargo”) to respond to interrogatories seeking fees paid to or charged by Defendants in Class members’ mortgage loan transactions. (ECF No. 322). Briefing is complete. The Court held two hearings on July 26, 2012 and October 9, 2012.
