Unlawfully providing entertainment without a cabaret license in violation of section'436-1.0 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York is the charge. Defendant Ziegler, president of the corporate owner and operator of the Cafe Figaro, defends by emphasizing that the alleged offending “entertainment” was one of the admission free “ Cafe Figaro Chamber Concerts ” given on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m., September 18, 1960.
