¶ 1. Bernard Fearing appeals the judgment of conviction and sentence imposed after he entered a plea of no contest to delivery of tetrahydro-cannabinol, THC, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 961.41(l)(h)l (1997-98), The court withheld sentence and placed Fearing on probation for a period not to exceed thirty months with a number of conditions, one of which was that he serve six months in the county jail with work release privileges but without good time.
