Kasowitz Sons, Inc. (Kasowitz). The plaintiff alleges that he was struck by the "rear dump gate" of a truck owned by defendant Thomas Turpin d/b/a Turpin Transportation and operated by defendant Joseph Guckin due to an inadequate "hook and chain mechanism."
