—The State appeals from an order suppressing evidence and thereby terminating prosecutions under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and the imitation controlled substance statute. The issues before us arise from the following situation, described in the abstract. An occupant voluntarily invites a person unknown to him to enter the residence, and the latter neither presents himself under a false identity nor states any business that he intends to conduct if invited inside.
