MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARK B. McFEELEY, Chief Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the trustee’s objection to Lynn Gail Blair’s claim of exemption, filed September 28, 1990, and the trustee’s objection to James Edward Blair’s claim of exemption filed September 28,1990. Because the facts and the issues of law are the same with relation to both debtors, the objections were heard at the same time.
