This appeal arises out of proceedings instituted by the petitioner (appellant) to determine the ownership of a bank account. In the trial court all issues presented by the petitioner were determined adversely to her.

The issue presented is whether the funds in a bank account constitute a part of the assets of the estate of Charles K. Matthews, deceased, or whether the petitioner is entitled to the funds in the account alternatively alleged and claimed as (1) a donee beneficiary; (2) a surviving joint tenant; or (3) one-half thereof as a…
