2Per curiam

An indictment charged Manuel Fernandez with the felonious sale of cocaine, a controlled substance (NRS 453.321,453.171). A pretrial petition for writ of habeas corpus was granted on the *63basis that there was not sufficient evidence before the grand jury to establish probable cause to believe that Fernandez committed the offense charged. We disagree.
