This action was comm enced some time in February, 1894, for the double purpose of recovering possession of a tract of land in Barnwell County, containing 1,800 acres, more or less, more particularly described in the complaint; and also for the purpose of having certain transactions referred to in the complaint declared fraudulent and void, and that the same be cancelled, as clouds upon the plaintiff’s title.
