Davis, J.), entered on or about July 13, 1989, which, inter alia, denied plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, is unanimously reversed, on the law, to the extent appealed from, plaintiffs motion for summary judgment granted and the matter is remanded for an assessment of damages and a determination of the respective liability of the various defendants, with costs and disbursements.
