Appeals from four decisions of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed November 4, 2003, which, inter alia, granted the employers’ request for reimbursement.
In these four consolidated appeals, each claimant is a professional hockey player who was injured during the course of a game and, as a result, was awarded workers’ compensation benefits. Each employer continued full salary payments to each claimant while they were not playing and, consequently, filed a timely request for reimbursement out of each player’s schedule loss of use award.
