CALABRESI, Circuit Judge:

This case concerns the meaning of the term “membership” as it was used in an employee’s dues checkoff authorization. Be cause we conclude that the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or the “Board”) acted reasonably in construing that term, we leave the Board’s decision undisturbed.
