In the underlying action to recover damages for breach of contract, the principal issue which divides this court is whether the prior determination of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), in two related contract actions, GTF Mktg. v Dodge Home Remodeling Corp. and GTF Mktg. v Marjo Sys.
