MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING EXEMPTIONS

The matter before the court is the trustee’s objection to the chapter 7 debtor’s *385claim of exempt property. A hearing was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, on August 4, 1986.

FACTS

The few facts which are before the court are not disputed. The debtor, Cindy L. Ragan, filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 1, 1986. Gregory B. Crampton was appointed trustee.
