Appellant Joe Rudd, personally stice. the estate of Earl Jameson Routt, deceased, and his family appeal an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees, the Pulaski County Special School District and its employees. Appellants instituted litigation against appellees, asserting theories of liability under the Arkansas Civil Rights Act and negligence. The trial court granted summary judgment, ruling that the Arkansas Civil Bights Act does not extend to the undisputed facts of this case, and that the school district was immune…
